SB 250                                                                       
The Conference Committee considering HCS CSSB 250(FIN) and                     
CSSB 250 (FIN) am recommends the following be adopted:                         
                                                                               
CONFERENCE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 250                                         
"An Act making supplemental appropriations; amending                          
appropriations; making an appropriation to capitalize a fund;                  
making a reappropriation under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of            
the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund;              
and providing for an effective date."                                          
                                                                               
A spreadsheet was attached.                                                    
                                                                               
The report was signed by Senator Parnell, Chair, and Senators                  
Torgerson and Adams; and Representatives Mulder, Therriault, and               
Davies.
